This newly renovated villa features a free-flowing, open-air design with three buildings surrounding a large pool, jacuzzi (not heated) and expansive deck.
Simply the perfect vacation home for family or friends. Villa Tamarindos is a 5 minute golf cart ride to Minitas Beach and 10 minutes from the Casa de Campo Marina.

-Bedroom 1: 1 King bed (Private building with its own living room/office space)

-Bedroom 4: 1 King bed
-Bedroom 5*: 2 King beds and Living Room
-Bedroom 6*: 2 King beds, 1 standard crib with a traditional crib mattress (no crib sheets provided).
*Bedroom 5 & 6 share 1 full bathroom with dual vanities, dual shower heads, and 1 toilet.
*Bedrooms 5 & 6 are *downstairs* directly underneath bedrooms 3 & 4.

STAFF INCLUDED:
3 full-time staff who work 8 a.m.–5 p.m. daily (unless otherwise requested): 1 housekeeper, 1 cook, and 1 butler. 1 part time gardener who works 3 days per week. Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and service, bartending, gardening, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch is included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food); dinner service is available at an additional cost ($50 USD for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).

Resort fee
The resort fee is an additional cost for all guests
USD30.00 per adult per night (people over 12 years old)
USD15.00 per child per night (people from 4 to 12 years old)
No fees applied to children under 4 years old
The resort fee authorizes all guests access to Casa de Campo facilities. All registered guests will be given an ID card with dates of their stay. Resort fee is subject to change without notice
